"May"keup Madness Day 5 - Neon

Hi everyone! Today is day 5 of my "May"keup Madness challenge and today's theme is neon! I wanted to do something a little out there using a few different neon shades. Of course I had to use the Urban Decay Electric palette! Here's how I created the look:

Step 1: Prime - Urban Decay Primer Potion
Step 2: Eye Base - MAC Paint Pot - Painterly - from crease to brow

Step 3: Eye Base - NYX Jumbo Pencil - Milk - on the lid, inner corner, and lower lashline

Step 4: Shadow - Urban Decay Naked 3 - Limit - as a transition

Step 5: Shadow - Urban Decay Naked 3 - Strange - as a brow highlight

Step 6: Shadow - Urban Decay Electric - Savage - on the lid

Step 7: Shadow - Urban Decay Electric - Jilted - on the outer v and in the crease

Step 8: Shadow - Urban Decay Electric - Urban - deepen the outer v and crease

Step 9: Shadow - Urban Decay Electric - Thrash - in the inner corner and along the lower lashline

Step 10: Liner - Urban Decay 24/7 Eye Liner - Perversion - to tightline

Step 11: Liner - Jordana Cay Eye Liner - Caribbean - along the upper lashline

Step 12: Mascara - Make Up For Ever - Smoky Extravagant - on the upper and lower lashes

Step 13: Lashes - Some Halloween lashes from last year that I bought at Walmart

Step 14: Brows - Anastasia Dipbrow - Medium Brown

Step 15: Brows - NYX Control Freak Clear Brow Gel
